We’re proud to announce that a confidential client has selected Sharpe Project Developments to manage the interior construction of its new South Florida office, located at 3480 Main. Situated in the heart of Coconut Grove, 3480 Main is a boutique-style class A office building that boasts ample amenities, including a rooftop terrace as well as a ground floor 5-star restaurant, bar, and concierge desk for visitors.

Designed by G Alvarez Studio, Inc. and to be built by Dade Construction Corp, the new office will consist of nearly 10,000 SF of first-generation, Class A office space. It will include a fitness studio, cafe, open-area workstations, private offices, and a multipurpose welcome area.

The project is currently in design and on pace to be completed in the Fall of 2023.
