Senior Project Manager

Melissa is a Senior Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for managing built-to-suit projects, leading site plan approvals, and managing interior renovation projects.

Melissa also has managed condominium projects consisting of interior renovations, cooling tower replacements, pool deck redesign, façade concrete repair, waterproofing and painting. She is involved in Programming, Budget Development, Consultant Selection & Coordination, Contractor Selection and Negotiation, is a liaison with the Architect, Engineers, and General Contractor. She also manages the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as cabling, telecommunications, and specialty equipment. She is also currently pursuing her PMP and LEED accreditation and is a member of CREW.

Melissa is an active member of her community, supporting the Kids Cancer Foundation, Florida Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Wounded Warrior Project. As a South Florida native, she enjoys camping, kayaking, and entertaining her three grandchildren. Furthermore, she is a passionate environmentalist and regularly volunteers to clean up her local beach.
