Assistant Project Manager

Janet is an Assistant Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for the coordination of contracts, consultants, and contractors, as well as permit processing, reporting, and project accounting.

Janet holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. Her financial experience with PwC, Banco Popular de PR, and the Archdiocese of Miami is vital to the successful delivery of the many projects she has coordinated.

Janet is also an active member of the South Florida community. She is involved within many Broward County Elementary Schools, assisting both of her daughters in the classroom. In addition, she enjoys the beach, spending time with her family, and supports several local charities.
