Principal

Orlando is a Principal and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing major projects as well as guiding the company’s project managers throughout the development process. His combined experience in development, planning, architecture, and construction has enabled him to manage the company, where they have developed over 16 million square feet of commercial and residential property.

Orlando holds both a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and Licensed General Contractor.

Orlando is a past member of the Board of Directors of Bluegreen Corporation, Emeritus Board of Directors of NAIOP, CIASF, and NSU Levan Ambassador Board. He has also served on the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and the South Andrews Business Association. In his personal life, he has served as a board member at Bethany Christian School and President of the Westminster Academy Athletic Booster Club.
