Sharpe Project Developments completed the reconstruction of the Blue Road right-of-way in July 2023. The expansion of Blue Road was a necessary improvement that now enhances the prestigious Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables, FL. Since its inception in 1945, Riviera County Club has been known as one of the premier country clubs in the United States and plays a vital role in the local community for both golfers and families alike.

Our team, with the assistance of WGI and A&A Fonte, revitalized approximately 1,000 linear feet of roadway. This comprehensive project not only entailed the installation of a new drainage system to bolster the infrastructure of the surrounding area but also introduced fresh landscaping and paving at the club’s entrance. These improvements enhanced the road’s overall appearance and set a welcoming tone for drivers and pedestrians throughout Coral Gables. Furthermore, we seamlessly incorporated a new sidewalk to bolster pedestrian safety and experience. By opting for an underground FLP solution, removing the overhead conduit, and enhancing street lighting, we successfully transformed the Blue Road stretch into a safe and visually appealing space.
