Project Manager

Marco is a Project Manager who is responsible for leading site plan approvals and managing interior renovation projects. Marco brings years of design and construction management experience to Sharpe Project Developments. Since joining the SPD team, Marco has managed numerous A-Class Tenant Improvement developments, and projects for clients such as Jazwares, Pricemart, Pelican Harbor and Riviera Country Club. Marco is currently leading construction for all new retail stores for IT'SUGAR across the United States.

Marco earned his Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and the Built Environment from The University of Florida, with a specialization in construction management and his Project Management Professional certification.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Marco worked with T&G Constructors and Florida Lemark. He served as an Assistant Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects, including Residential, Hospitality, Office & Retail, and Education. Furthermore, Marco is a former member of the Venezuelan National Swimming Team and a former student-athlete at the University of Florida Swimming Team.
