Principal

David is a Principal and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing major developments, leading the condominium restoration team in south Florida and south-west Florida, as well as advising the company’s project managers throughout the construction and development process. His depth of experience also includes major office, industrial, and retail development projects as well as marinas, country clubs, and car dealerships.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a Licensed General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and Licensed Real Estate Broker.

David currently serves on the South Florida YMCA Property Committee. He is the founder and director of the Dylan Schopp Sunshine Foundation and serves on the Board as Past President of MHA/FISP.  David also holds a 6° Black Belt in Goju Ryu Karate, and maintains an active dojo for the City of Weston.
