Sharpe Project Developments completed the development of a new 15,000 SF chapel for The Ocean Reef Chapel in December 2022. The Chapel complex hosts Catholic, Protestant, Episcopalian, and Jewish worship services and serves as a community gathering place for special events, weddings, memorials, and study groups.

Designed by Zyscovich Architects and built by Vilar-Hoynack Construction, the Chapel consists of a 250-seat capacity with a 50-seat mezzanine area. The new facility also includes administration offices, a conference room, a 100-seat multipurpose room, a full-service catering kitchen, a bridal room, a children’s Sunday school room, and a counseling room in a living room setting.

Centered in the heart of the Ocean Reef Community in North Key Largo, Florida. The Ocean Reef Chapel Foundation was formed in 1970 to provide a place for worship for Ocean Reef members. A group of Members pooled their talents and finances and built an interfaith Chapel to benefit the entire Ocean Reef Club community.
