Sharpe Project Developments completed the construction of a 60,000 SF office for White & Case in March 2015. This tenant improvement project consisted of numerous improvements to three floors of second-generation office space at Southeast Financial Center, located in downtown Miami, FL.

The project consisted of three floors of Class A office space with an interconnecting staircase, large board rooms, a library, an auditorium, a moot court, a dining area, and a cafe. Our team was responsible for the entire project scope, including Audio and Visual installation, Furniture, and Move Management, and completed the space on time through a multi-phased delivery.

Our team successfully delivered this project through the dedicated efforts of HOK and Executive Construction Group. Ultimately, the client and landlord were satisfied with the results, and the space now proudly serves as the White & Case Miami office.
