Sharpe Project Developments is excited to announce that global law firm, White & Case, has chosen us to manage the expansion of their offices at the Southeast Financial Center in Downtown Miami. Already occupying floors 48 through 50, the law firm is now expanding its presence on the 51st floor of this Class A, high-rise building.

Designed by renowned architectural firm IA | Interior Architects and to be constructed by City Construction Group, the expansion will add 18,000 SF of Class A office space. The layout will embrace an open concept with a selection of high-end finishes and perimeter offices with transparent glass walls to maximize light and openness. Other features include versatile open work areas, a café for employees to refuel, and a multipurpose room for various functions and events.

Furniture for the expansion will be provided by EvensonBest, known for its top-quality office furniture solutions. The project also aims for LEED Certification, reflecting White & Case’s commitment to sustainability and a greener workspace.

The project is currently in design and on pace to be completed in the Spring of 2024.
