Already occupying floors 48 through 50, the firm is expanding to the 51st floor, adding 18,000 square feet of premier office space.

Designed by IA | Interior Architects and constructed by City Construction Group, the expansion will feature an open-concept layout with high-end finishes, perimeter offices with transparent glass walls, versatile open work areas, a café, and a multipurpose room. Furniture will be provided by EvensonBest, known for top-quality office solutions.

The project aims for LEED Certification, reflecting White & Case’s commitment to sustainability. This expansion will enhance the work environment for White & Case and reinforce their presence in one of Miami’s most prestigious buildings.
