Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage improvements to the Verona Walk Town Center. The project includes renovating the café interior, adding an outside bar, and remodeling the pool restrooms. The Verona Walk Community consists of 1,920 individual homes, the town center, and various amenities, ideally located in Naples, Florida, on the Collier Blvd. corridor.

The modernization of existing facilities will involve removing and replacing all finishes in the café. Additionally, a new outside bar will be constructed to serve the pool and amenity deck.

The project also includes a complete interior renovation of the men’s and women’s restrooms serving the clubhouse’s main pool. This project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025.
