In 2016, Tropical Letter Carriers moved their headquarters from Miami’s Design District to a new 11.5-acre site in Miramar, Florida. Managed by Sharpe Project Developments, this project included acquiring and entitling the site, overseeing design, securing approvals, selecting the contractor, and managing construction.

The development featured a 7,500 square foot office and a 12,500 square foot banquet hall with seating for 300 guests. A key feature was the creation of a lake retention area, enhancing both environmental sustainability and aesthetic appeal. This initiative added a serene element to the corporate setting.

We collaborated with key partners such as Modis Architects, Emerald Construction, and Sun-Tech Engineering to achieve a blend of functionality and design. The project reflects a strategic move for Tropical Letter Carriers, providing a more spacious and modern headquarters to support their growth and operations.
