Sharpe Project Developments completed the interior renovation of a 10,000 SF office for TransRe in late 2019. This $1.6MM tenant improvement project consisted of several premium finishes, including marble tile, a glass storefront, and rare artwork within 600 Brickell World Plaza. The client, TransRe, services numerous high-end customers in the South and Latin American markets, so it was important for the space to incorporate a luxury design.

This project included the design and construction of workplace, conference, executive space, and the installation of ancillary furniture. There were several logistical complexities to moving the client from their existing location to this newly developed office, a common challenge within high-rise urban buildings.

Regardless, our team successfully delivered this project on time and under budget thanks to the dedicated efforts of Interior Architects and iConstructors, as well as JC White.
