Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that Marquis Association Management and the Board of Directors for The Sanctuary at Ocean Reef have selected us to manage their ongoing condo renovation project. This three-phased project started in Summer 2022 and is expected to extend through Fall 2025. Phase 1, nearly complete, involved a re-roof project, window replacements, and exterior painting. SPD is managing punch-list repairs and warranty claims for Phase 1.

Phase 2 is currently ongoing, including lobby, port-cochere, entryway, courtyard, and motor court renovations. SPD will provide construction management services for Phase 2 through completion in Fall 2024.

Phase 3, in design, includes renovations to the pool facilities, a pool house, 18 cabanas, and the pool and pool deck. Phase 3 is scheduled to break ground in Spring 2025 and be completed by Fall 2025. Sharpe Project Developments is providing preconstruction and construction management services for Phase 3.
