Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we have been selected to manage the development of The Grayvik Animal Center in the exclusive Ocean Reef Community, located in Key Largo, FL. This two-story, 8,500 SF project will consist of animal housing, storage space, and feline housing.

This new Animal Center will boost the outstanding veterinary service and animal care that The Grayvik Animal Center and ORCAT staff provide to the entire Ocean Reef Community. And will also strengthen ORCAT’s nationally recognized Trap-Neuter-Release program which helps control the cat population within the Ocean Reef Community.

Centered in the heart of the Ocean Reef Community in North Key Largo, Florida. The Ocean Reef Chapel Foundation was formed in 1970 to provide a place for worship for Ocean Reef members. A group of Members pooled their talents and finances and built an interfaith Chapel to benefit the entire Ocean Reef Club community.
