Sharpe Project Developments is excited to partner with The Balough Companies to revitalize The Crossroads, a historic 35,000 SF retail structure in South Miami. Designated as a historical building, The Crossroads will undergo a transformation while preserving its unique elements.

After acquiring the property in 2022, The Balough Companies sought Sharp Project Developments to manage enhancements, including a lobby and common area refresh, second-floor bathroom renovations, mechanical system upgrades, elevator cab remodel, façade repairs, and storefront alterations. Vacant tenant spaces will be reconfigured for new tenants, and existing spaces will be refreshed.

Designed by Gershen Associates and executed by BVR Construction, the project aims to be completed by the end of 2025. The Crossroads will blend modern upgrades with its historic charm, reaffirming its status as a beloved landmark in South Miami.
