Sharpe Project Developments assisted The Beresford Condominium with a Cooling Tower Replacement and Elevator Modernization. Located at 350 S. Ocean Blvd, Boca Raton, FL, this boutique condominium building consists of 53 units, offering residents ultimate peace and privacy in beachfront living.

The Cooling Tower project, completed in 2021, involved a full replacement of the rooftop tower with associated structural steel, condenser water piping, controls, and electrical systems. Additionally, a 100 percent fresh air unit with ductwork, louvers, controls, and electrical, along with a garage ventilation system including CO & NO2 detection, controls, and electrical, were installed.

The Elevator Modernization, completed in 2022, involved replacing three cabs, including new hoist way door panels, elevator management systems, surge protection, touch screen panels, and modern interior cab designs.
