Sharpe Project Developments completed the development of a 2,100 SF build-to-suit Starbucks for The Balogh Company in December 2020. The project was located on a 0.9 AC outparcel site adjacent to an active shopping center in Kendall West.

Although the owner engaged our team after the design was complete and permits submitted, we worked closely with the architect, civil engineer, and city to remediate survey issues and revise the site plan. The owner also retained us to manage the construction phase. During this process, we worked closely with the owner, Starbucks, and BVR Construction, who was responsible for site development, shell construction, and the interior build-out.

In addition to managing the project’s construction phase, our team was responsible for coordinating and installing utilities as well as managing the inspection process. Although this project took place amid COVID-19 restrictions, we delivered the project in less than 6 months.
