Sharpe Project Developments completed a 32-unit staff housing project for Key Largo Anglers Club in June 2020. The club, dating back to the early 1900s, initially developed the housing in the late 1990s for its 50+ staff members.

Our team replaced the existing housing with four larger buildings and a new maintenance facility. This involved demolishing the old structures and raising the site elevation to meet stricter flood requirements. The new 35,000 SF staff housing includes 46 beds in single and double bedroom layouts, a gym, climate-controlled storage, shared laundry, a lounge, and a pool.

A significant challenge was completing the project during the off-season to avoid disrupting holiday events. Despite a tight schedule and several site challenges, we delivered the project on time for the holiday season.
