Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage the renovation and expansion of the Ocean Reef Club’s spa and fitness center. This $35MM project will consist of a renovation to the existing 23,000 SF structure, an 8,300 SF expansion to the spa on the first floor, and a 12,750 SF expansion which will include beauty and treatment facilities.

Founded in 1945, the Ocean Reef Club boasts over 1,700 oceanfront estates, bayfront properties, waterfront homes, golf course residences, luxury condos, and private islands. the private community offers numerous amenities such as two 18-hole championship golf courses, a 175-slip marina, and much more.
