Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage the garage concrete restoration and entry and amenities deck waterproofing for Skyline on Brickell, a 35-story bayfront condominium facing the southern coastline of Brickell. Completed in 2004, the property consists of 360 condominium residences.

This project encompasses the waterproofing replacement of the entry driveway, ground floor plaza, and recreational decks, including associated planters and expansion joints. Additionally, concrete restoration will be performed as needed across these areas, ensuring long-term structural integrity. Within the garage, targeted structural repairs will address deficient concrete elements.

The project team includes The Falcon Group as the Engineer of Record, Restore Construction Group as the General Contractor, and KW Property Management and Consulting as the Property Management firm. Construction is expected to complete in 2025.
