Director of Operations

Ryan is the Director of Operations and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments and is responsible for managing all internal operations, including activities related to Finance, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he also received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate. His experience has enabled him to work with South Florida’s top commercial real estate teams in research, leasing, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Ryan was a research analyst at Avison Young, where he reported on the office and industrial markets throughout South Florida. Ryan is also an active member of the South Florida community, a member of organizations such as CIASF and NAIOP, and currently serves on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee.
