Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we have been selected to manage the development of the Pompano Beach Marine Center’s new 38,000 SF facility. The new facility will boast a new boat dealership and service center. The project will consist of demolishing the existing facility and construction of the new building while minimizing operational impacts.

The main building is planned to contain 38,000 SF of multi-functional spaces. This encompasses offices and conference rooms, a retail area, employee breakout zones, and a boat showroom with the capacity to display up 25 boats. Attached to the main building, the service center will provide the proper facilities for repair, maintenance, and delivery of Grady White products.
