Sharpe Project Developments completed renovations for Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in January 2015. The project included the addition of a two-story classroom building, administrative office renovations, and a new 18,000 SF multipurpose gymnasium. This project also required a sewer extension and removal from the existing Septic system.

Requiring close coordination with the school’s administration, Sharpe Project Developments managed every phase of the development process, beginning with site due diligence and ending with installing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment. As a result, the new $4MM project was completed on budget and on time.

Our Lady of Lourdes Academy is an archdiocesan high school for young women in grades 9 through 12. The school was founded in 1963 and is located on a 6-acre campus in suburban South Miami. The mission of Our Lady of Lourdes Academy is to educate young women to face the future, strengthened by their faith, prepared and confident in their abilities to achieve their goals, and committed to their Catholic and American heritages.
