Principal

Nivardo is a Principal and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing major developments and tenant improvements as well as advising the company’s project managers.

Nivardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a Master of Science in International Real Estate, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is also a Licensed General Contractor and LEED accredited professional.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Nivardo worked for The Related Group as a Project Manager, where he led major projects such as Gran Paraiso, a 55-story luxury condominium in Miami’s Edgewater District. Nivardo is also an active member of the Miami community. As a Miami native, he participates in the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, raising funds for the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. He also participates in many fishing tournaments at the Miami Outboard Club.
