Nivardo Beaton

Principal

Nivardo is a Principal and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing major developments and tenant improvements as well as advising the company’s project managers throughout the development process. His diversified experience in commercial and residential projects such as Christopher Columbus High School, The Key Largo Anglers Club, and Murano at Portofino contribute to his responsibilities at the firm.

Nivardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a Master of Science in International Real Estate, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is also a Licensed General Contractor.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Nivardo worked for The Related Group as a Project Manager, where he led major projects such as Gran Paraiso, a 55-story luxury condominium in Miami’s Edgewater District. Nivardo is also an active member of the Miami community. As a Miami native, he participates in the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, raising funds for the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. He also participates in many fishing tournaments at the Miami Outboard Club.
