Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage the 60,000 SF Pool and Deck replacement for Nine Island Avenue. This 25-story building built in 1981 consists of 274 units and three levels of parking located on Miami Beach’s Belle Island.

This project encompasses the removal and then replacement of the existing pool deck and pavers, pool, spas, fountains, landscaping, and amenity buildings. The improvements will include lush landscaping, new trellises, and private dining areas along with elegant lighting.

The project also includes the restoration of the three-level parking garage and conversion from a Cast Iron to a PVC drainage system. This renovation project is designated to be completed in the summer of 2026.
