Sharpe Project Developments completed a 14,000 SF common area renovation for Murano at Portofino in August 2020. The project consisted of renovating the main and elevator lobbies for all three towers as well as mezzanine space for two.

The main lobby renovations consisted of replacing the existing floors with 7,500 SF of new terrazzo. Our team also managed the interior remodeling, including new wall finishes, boiserie, paint, lighting, chandeliers, and furniture. We also improved 14 elevator lobbies for the project totaling 6,500 SF, which consisted of replacing the flooring and baseboards as well as repairing drywall and repainting.

In addition to managing the project’s construction, our team participated in selection and contract negotiations for the architect and contractor, as well as managing the budget, drawings, and permitting. Although all three towers were fully occupied, our team completed the project with minimal disturbance to residents.
