Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we are managing the three-phase renovation of the existing parking structure and showroom for Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables in Coral Gables, FL. The project involves phased delivery of the parking garage, building skin, and systems in preparation for a new state-of-the-art Mercedes showroom.

Phase One, completed with Stiles Construction, Structural Preservation Systems, David Plummer & Associates, and Kimley-Horn, upgraded the 354-space parking structure and electrical systems and demolished existing office interiors. Phase Two involves completing a new building envelope and MEP systems with Stiles Architecture and Construction. Phase Three includes a new two-level, 55,000 SF showroom designed by Perkins and Will, scheduled for completion in Spring 2024.

Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, one of the original seven Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the U.S., opened in 1957 and is now in its third generation of family ownership. Upon project completion, the showroom will move to 2801 Salzedo while vehicle servicing continues at 300 Almeria.
