Sharpe Project Developments completed the interior renovation of a 56,000 SF headquarters office for MDVIP in late 2019. This $6MM multi-phase tenant improvement project consisted of numerous upgrades to the client’s existing single-floor space within the Boca Raton Innovation Campus.

Over a multi-year period, the space was developed and further expanded to accommodate the firm’s rapid growth. In addition to over 300 new employee workstations, the architect designed an open layout with ample collaboration space, huddle rooms, and a presentation area.
