Project Manager

Matthew brings years of design and construction management experience to Sharpe Project Developments. As a Project Manager and Shareholder, he is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals. His commercial development experience has enabled him to support projects such as Pelican Harbor Seabird Station, Lexus of Kendall, Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, and University of Miami Freshman Housing.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in construction management. He is also currently pursuing a Master of Science in Building Construction and LEED certification.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Matthew worked for Holder Construction. He served as the primary client liaison and managed telecommunications, governmental approvals, and post-construction activities for multiple 300K+ SF datacenters. Furthermore, Matthew is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity in his free time.
