Liz Narciza

Project Manager

Liz has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Having worked in General Contracting, Fire Alarm, Roofing, and Food Service Equipment firms has equipped her with a multi-faceted understanding of the construction process. Over the years Liz has gained valuable insight in approaching projects of all types, including but not limited to hospitality, institutional, multi-family, and office build-outs.

Since joining the SPD family, Liz has managed several build-to-suit projects including 25k sf for a private financial services firm and 20k sf for a private law firm in Downtown Miami. She has also worked on a 3- 3-phase project for Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables and multiple projects at the Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables. She is currently managing a multi-phased, 35k sf project at The Crossroads, a historic building in South Miami that is undergoing a façade restoration, interior renovation, and mechanical upgrades. As a Project Manager, Liz is involved in programming, budget development, consultant, and contractor selection & coordination. She is responsible for project reporting and assisting in permitting, FF&E, and move management coordination. She works closely with her Clients, Architects, General Contractors, and FF&E project teams to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Liz has an Associate Degree in Special Education and is currently working toward PMP Certification. Liz is very involved in her two teenagers’ academic and extracurricular activities. She enjoys spending time with her family, music & the arts, bowling, and kayaking.
