Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we are managing the development of the new Pre-Owned showroom for Lexus of Kendall. Located in Pinecrest, FL, this project consists of a single-story building with seven offices, an open lounge, and restroom facilities.

The site consists of two parcels with a combined area of 63,000 SF, which, when complete, will accommodate 101 spaces for vehicle display as well as customer and staff parking. The new facility will also include a bridge to bridge the existing sales building to the new property.

The opening of this new Pre-Owned facility, Lexus of Kendall, the original Miasmi Lexus dealer, will continue providing exceptional customer service with reliability as one of the leading innovators in the market.
