Laura brings years of design and construction management experience to Sharpe Project Developments. As a Project Manager, she is responsible for managing built-to-suit projects and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Laura holds a Bachelor in Science in Civil Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. Prior to joining Sharpe Project Development, Laura worked with DSS Condo and Amicon Management. There she, served as Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects including Condominiums, Residential and Non-Profit Construction, where she oversaw the project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

Communications skills are one of Laura’s best skills specially when explaining concepts and processes to people who is not involved in the construction industry. Laura enjoys dancing Latin Rhythms, reading and gardening, as well as spending time with her family. She currently taking cooking lessons from her grandmother to learn how to cook Mexican and Cuban food.
