Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we’ve completed the development of the Knight Center for Music Innovation. Designed for the Frost School of Music, this two-story 26,000 SF theatre represents over 85 years of cultural history. The Frost School of Music is a nationally recognized leader in higher education and presents over 350 performances per year.

The project’s architect, H3 / Arquitectonica, designed the theatre to accommodate over 130 people overlooking Lake Osceola. The building also contains a green room, recording studio, and 2,500 SF ensemble hall. Designed to achieve a gold rating from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building certification program, the project was completed in September 2023.
