Sharpe Project Developments completed a 286,000 SF renovation and a three-story, 188-space parking garage with a car wash for Kendall Toyota in Pinecrest, FL. The multi-phase project spanned over two years of design and permitting and two years of phased construction while maintaining sales and service.

The scope included comprehensive concrete repair, replacing the stucco exterior, waterproofing the parking structure, and installing a new chiller and cooling tower plant. The project modernized the 61,000 SF, 120-service bay area and renovated the 38,000 SF two-story showroom, sales, and operation offices. Site work included new water service, stormwater drainage replacement, additional parking, outside auto display areas, and new landscaping with LED lighting.

Designed by Wolfberg Alvarez and built by Miller Construction, the project involved site selection, due diligence, entitlement, project design, budget and schedule management, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and procuring all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
