Sharpe Project Developments completed the interior renovation of a 64,000 SF office for KEMET in March 2019. This tenant improvement project consisted of numerous improvements to five stories of One East Broward, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The $12MM tenant improvement project consisted of five stories of office space, two of which required our team to install an internal stairwell between floors. The new office also included numerous features such as a product showroom, workplace, conference, executive, and ancillary furniture space.

Our team successfully delivered this project through the dedicated efforts of Stantec and City Construction. Ultimately, both the client and landlord were satisfied with the results, and the office now serves as a productive workspace for over 150 employees at this global electronics and technology company.
