Senior Project Manager

Jose is a Senior Project Manager and Shareholder at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing major built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in Architectural Design from the University of Navarra in Spain. He is also currently pursuing his LEED accreditation.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Jose worked for Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners as a licensed Architect, where he was responsible for project design and management from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. Jose is also an active supporter of reconstruction projects in Puerto Rican communities affected by natural disasters. In addition to his work helping underserved Latin American communities, he is an avid tennis player, golfer, road cyclist, and soccer fanatic.
