Project Manager

Jorge is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals.

Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus and the Engineering in Training certification. His extensive commercial and government development experience has enabled him to lead projects such as Abbott Pharmaceutical, Puerto Rico Symphony Hall, Doral Police Substation, Doral Police Headquarters, Doral Legacy and Doral Glades Parks, Coral Gables Parking Lots Improvements, Venetian Pool Pump Improvements, Public Works Warehouse expansions and Maggiore Park.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Jorge worked for the City of Coral Gables and the City of Doral as a Capital Improvement Project Manager, where he oversaw the project design and management from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. Jorge enjoys running, working out, participating in his kids' activities, and traveling with his family. He is a dog lover as well as a baseball and basketball fanatic.
