SPD will oversee the development of stores in prime locations, including malls, lifestyle centers, and premium outlets, ranging from 2,500 to over 20,000 square feet. Notable flagship stores will be established in high-traffic areas like Times Square, Miami Bayside, and Opry Mills in Nashville.

Each store will reflect its unique location while upholding IT’SUGAR’s consistent quality. SPD will manage all aspects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. We will also ensure compliance with local building codes by collaborating with mall Directors of Operations and city officials. Sharpe Project Developments aims to open 20+ new IT’SUGAR stores annually, enhancing customer experiences and expanding IT’SUGAR’s footprint nationwide.
