Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we have been selected as the Owner Representative for the relocation of Informa Markets South Florida operations to a 200,000 SF Seagis Property Group developed warehouse on 1700 Eller Drive in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

We will be assisting Informa with improvements to the warehouse space including electrical and lighting upgrades, large format ceiling fans, IT and security systems, racking, fencing, and the installation of a chiller system to cool the warehouse space. We are also helping with preparing a 46,000 SF portion of the warehouse to be sublet to another tenant.
