Sharpe Project Developments completed the $3.5MM renovation of Grosvenor House in September 2022. The condominium, originally designed and constructed in the late 1950s, required upgrading the mechanical systems and numerous common renovations.

The project involved installing a new HVAC system throughout the building to bring fresh air and enhanced cooling to the corridors and 41 residential units. Our team also renovated five levels of common area space as well as vestibules of the North and South towers. The interior work included renovations to the fitness center, laundry facilities, common area restrooms, pool, and grand ballroom.

Although both towers were fully occupied, our team completed the project with minimal disturbance to residents, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Steven E. Myott Architecture, Itasca Construction, and Nikki Levy Interiors.
