Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage the façade renovation for  Gables on the Green Condominium. This property consists of two 16-story towers, and sub-surface parking with a total of 57-unit condominium units located in the heart of downtown Coral Gables.

This project encompasses a concrete façade restoration including painting, waterproofing, precast replacement, and balcony repairs.  The project also includes waterproofing, retaining walls, and planter restoration on the pool deck.

The association is proceeding with these preemptive repairs ahead of its 30-year Milestone reporting requirement. This renovation project is designated to commence construction in October 2024 and to be completed in 2026.
