Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we’ve been selected to manage the development of the University of Miami’s new 182,000 SF Football Operations Center in Coral Gables, FL. Rising seven stories above the university’s campus, this state-of-the-art facility will support all functions of the team, including coaching and support staff, with the goal of preparing student-athletes for future success.

The first floor will include an expansive atrium open to all UM campus visitors, along with the team locker room, equipment room, and nutrition center. In addition, there is a second-level recruiting corridor featuring an immersive, 360-degree digital experience showcasing the past and present of Hurricanes football. The facility will also include a 600-car parking garage and dining facility for all UM athletes. The innovative and modern design will be a unique addition to the University of Miami campus.

The project’s design is a collaboration between Arquitectonica and HOK Sports Group, with Perez & Perez serving as the Architect of Record. The Construction Manager for the project is DPR Construction, with construction set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023 with completion schedule for Summer 2025.
