Sharpe Project Developments was selected to manage the façade renovation for the Esplanade On The New River Condominium. This building is a 16-story, 138-unit condominium building located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.

This project encompasses of a facade concrete restoration along with painting, waterproofing, and sealing to balconies and columns. The project also includes waterproofing and planter restoration on the amenity deck by the Tennis Court on the 6th floor and an option to replace the exterior exhaust Vents for each tenant. The association is looking to remove all landscape and foliage from all 6 planters on the 6th floor  with a potential to replace it with low maintenance landscape.

The association is maintaining their residency by staying compliant with the SB4 and SIRS. This renovation project is designated to be completed in the fall of 2025.
