Sharpe Project Developments completed the Junior High School for Epiphany Catholic Church in July 2015. The 40,000 SF, two-story facility provides students with new elective courses, crucial for discovering their passions and aptitudes.

The facility includes new classrooms, chemistry labs, a full-service kitchen, and a cafeteria. The project also required extensive site work to enable the new building. Sharpe Project Developments managed every phase, from site due diligence to installing furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The $10MM facility was completed on budget and in time for the fall semester.

Epiphany Catholic School has served the Miami community since 1953, offering quality education. In 1989, Monsignor Jude O’Doherty established an Endowment Fund to assist families with financial aid, improve curriculum through enhanced technology, and upgrade classroom furnishings, among other contributions.
