Sharpe Project Developments completed the renovation and expansion of the $25MM Dolphin Clubhouse for Ocean Reef Club in December 2021. The new 35,000 SF clubhouse is nearly twice the size of the club’s prior facility and includes numerous amenities such as a golf pro shop, premium steakhouse, grill lounge, private dining rooms, and outdoor amenity spaces.

Founded in 1945, the Ocean Reef Club boasts over 1,700 oceanfront estates, bayfront properties, waterfront homes, golf course residences, luxury condos, and private islands. the private community offers numerous amenities such as two 18-hole championship golf courses, a 175-slip marina, and much more.

Sensitivity to the Ocean Reef season and required delivery dates was paramount to the project’s success in delivering the project on time and within budget. The design team was led by Peacock + Lewis, who served as the project’s architect, HBA as the interior designer, Craft Construction as the general contractor, and WGI as the civil engineer.
