Project Manager

Deni is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Deni graduated from the University of Puerto Rico. As a Project Manager, she manages built-to-suit, tenant improvement projects and leads site plan approvals.

Deni’s experience in federal contracting, property management, construction, permitting process, and bookkeeping is vital to successfully delivering all her projects. She is also currently pursuing her PMP and LEED accreditation.

Deni is an active community member, supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Caring Place, and volunteers at her local church. Deni enjoys working out at the gym, gardening, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her three grandchildren.
