Sharpe Project Developments completed the interior renovation for Redbird Capital Partners’ new South Florida office, located at 3480 Main in January 2024.

Situated in the heart of Coconut Grove, 3480 Main is a boutique-style class A office building that boasts ample amenities, including a rooftop terrace as well as a ground floor 5-star restaurant, bar, and concierge desk for visitors. The office space located on the 5th floor, is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, extensive wall millwork and storage cabinets throughout the office, open ceiling concept mixed with hard ceilings, private offices, and collaborative spaces, fitness studio, and a café along with a multipurpose welcome area.

Designed by G Alvarez Studio and built by Dade Construction, the new office consists of nearly 10,000 SF of first-generation, Class A office space.
