Sharpe Project Developments completed an interior renovation of an 18,000 SF office space for a confidential client in Southeast Financial Center in July 2023. The project began as a minor refresh, with the scope initially consisting of minor modifications to the layout, and flooring replacement, with the the existing furniture, lighting, and finishes to remain in place. However, the scope grew significantly over the project’s timeline, requiring our team to adapt quickly to the client’s evolving requirements.

The project scope ultimately included significant wall and ceiling modifications, new flooring, millwork, lighting, and new furniture, AV, IT, and kitchen equipment. Due to client and building restrictions, the project team was required to complete much of the work after regular business hours. Regardless, the result was a major success, with our team achieving TCO in less than 5 months.

Thanks to the hard work of Gensler and City Construction, the client was able to move into the new space on time. The elevated finishes and custom millwork produced a sophisticated and inviting space for the visitors.
