Centennial Village

Coral Gables, FL

Sharpe Project Developments is proud to announce that we’ve been selected by the University of Miami to manage the construction of a new multi-phase student-housing project in Coral Gables. Centennial Village consists of five 10-story buildings that will house more than 2,000 first-year students.

The new residential buildings are designed to enhance students’ first-year experience on campus and help them acclimate to college life. The new buildings will also help connect students with outdoor living areas along Lake Osceola, which sits at the heart of the Coral Gables Campus. Furthermore, each building will house various learning spaces within the common areas to create a collaborative and shared living environment.

The project will consist of over 1,000 new residences comprising double and single rooms with shared bathroom facilities. It will also contain several amenities such as social, recreational, and study spaces. The project has already been kicked off with numerous enabling projects, including water, sewer, and road improvements to prepare the site for construction.
